Refund Policy
This policy explains when listing or landing-page fees may or may not be refunded.
Listing fees
The 10,000 BIF fee covers processing and review of a new listing. Once review work has started, the fee is normally not refundable simply because the owner changes their mind.
60,000 BIF landing page
The landing-page fee begins to cover the service once we have started verifying payment, preparing or activating the page. If no work has begun, a refund request may be considered.
Duplicate payment or our error
If you pay twice for the same service or we cannot deliver the service because of our error, contact us with the payment receipt. We will review the payment and correct or refund it where appropriate.
Rejected listings
Fraudulent, illegal, misleading or non-compliant listings may be rejected. If review work has already started, the fee may not be refundable.
