These terms explain how BurundiBusiness may be used and the responsibilities of visitors, business owners and the platform.
1. Acceptance
By using BurundiBusiness, you agree to these terms and the other policies published on the site.
2. Role of BurundiBusiness
BurundiBusiness is an independent directory that helps people discover and contact businesses. We are not a party to transactions between customers and businesses and do not guarantee that every listing is error-free.
3. Accounts and business information
Anyone submitting a business must provide accurate information, have the right to use the business name, logo, photos and other content, and keep their account secure.
4. Fees and verification
A standard listing costs 10,000 BIF and a one-page website costs 60,000 BIF. Paid services are activated after the LumiCash payment and receipt are verified. Prices may change for future orders without changing payments already completed.
5. Editing and resubmission
Business owners may edit and resubmit their information without paying again. Changes may be reviewed before being republished. A previously verified payment is not charged again for normal edits.
6. Prohibited content
Fraudulent, illegal, misleading, hateful, obscene, malicious, spam or rights-infringing content is prohibited.
7. Suspension or removal
We may suspend or remove a listing that violates these terms, contains misleading information, creates a safety risk or receives serious reports.
8. Liability
BurundiBusiness is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and, to the extent permitted by law, are not responsible for losses arising directly from transactions between users and listed businesses.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of Burundi. Where possible, the parties should first try to resolve disputes amicably.
